1. Booking Appointments
All appointments must be booked through my online booking system, or by contacting me directly via telephone, email or text.
When booking you will receive:
- An instant booking confirmation
- Appointment reminders
- Options to reschedule or cancel (within policy limits)
Please ensure your contact details are accurate when booking.
2. Session Length
All counselling and psychotherapy sessions last 1 hour, unless otherwise agreed.
Online sessions are available via WhatsApp, Facetime or Messenger.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of your booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- BACS bank transfer
- Credit or Debit Card
Block bookings must be paid in advance through my booking system or directly. If a block booking is cancelled part‑way through, completed sessions are charged at full rate and the remaining balance refunded.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
I operate a 48‑hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your session, the full session fee will be charged.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment through my booking system up to 48 hours before your session time.
If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, please contact me directly – however, the session fee may still apply.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures fairness for all clients and keeps the day running smoothly.
Full session fees apply for late arrivals.
6. Online Sessions
Online appointments booked will include instructions for joining your session via WhatsApp, Facetime or Messenger.
Please ensure:
- You have a stable internet connection
- You are in a private, quiet space
- Your device is charged and ready
7. Safety & Conduct
Clients must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I reserve the right to end a session early or decline future appointments if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Technical Issues
If my booking system experiences technical issues, you can always contact me directly to book or confirm your appointment.
