Life can feel overwhelming, confusing or heavy at times – and knowing who to talk to isn’t always easy. Colourful World Counselling Therapies offers a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, understand what’s going on, and begin to move forward.
I provide professional psychotherapy and counselling for adults, young people aged 12+, couples and families. Whether you’re struggling with emotions, relationships, identity, stress or past experiences, you don’t have to face it alone.
I currently have availability in my Saline therapy room near Dunfermline. Please get in touch if you’d like to book an appointment or ask any questions.

Additional Areas of Support
Alongside the challenges listed above, I also offer specialist support for:
Pregnancy & Baby Loss
Experiencing loss at any stage – miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss or fertility-related grief – can feel isolating and overwhelming. I provide a safe, compassionate space to talk openly, process emotions, and find your way forward at your own pace.
Sex Therapy
Sexual wellbeing is an important part of emotional wellbeing. I offer supportive, non‑judgemental therapy for individuals and couples experiencing difficulties around intimacy, desire, communication, sexual confidence, or the impact of past experiences. Sessions are always handled with sensitivity, professionalism and care.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Sometimes having the space to talk things through can make all the difference.
I work extensively with neurodivergent clients and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. Sessions are flexible, affirming and shaped around how you think, feel and communicate – without pressure, judgement or the expectation to mask.
This includes support for:
- ADHD
- AuDHD
- Sensory Processing
- Tourette’s
Neurodivergent minds deserve therapy that understands them – not tries to change them. My approach is gentle, flexible and built around what helps you feel safe, seen and supported.
I offer compassionate psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating:
- Perimenopause & menopause
- Identity changes
- Burnout
- Anxiety & overwhelm
- Mood fluctuations
- Neurodivergence during menopause
- Relationship strain
- Confidence & self‑esteem
- Life transitions
This dedicated service supports emotional wellbeing during a significant stage of life.

Ready to Take the First Step?
Starting therapy can feel like a big decision, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous.
My aim is to make that first step as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re ready to book an appointment or simply have a few questions first, I’m always happy to help.
Reaching out doesn’t mean you have to have all the answers – it simply means you’ve decided you don’t want to face things alone anymore.
I’d love to hear from you whenever you’re ready.
