A gentle note before you book
I offer both standard weekday appointments and out‑of‑hours sessions, including alternate Saturdays, to help provide flexibility for different schedules. Out‑of‑hours and Saturday appointments are charged at a slightly different rate to reflect the extended availability. Please select the correct service for your time, Working Hours or Out-of-Hours
If I’m able to take you a little earlier for your appointment, you will still receive a full hour’s session – I won’t shorten your time to match the original slot. If the hours shown don’t suit your needs, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
My Booking Process Explained
1. Submitting your appointment request
When you choose a time and complete the booking form, your appointment will be marked as Pending. This simply means your request has been received and is waiting to be approved.
2. Email notifications
You’ll receive an email right away confirming that your booking request has been submitted. Once I’ve reviewed and approved the appointment, you’ll receive a second email confirming your session.
If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Approval time
I usually approve appointments promptly, but please allow a little time – especially for out‑of‑hours or Saturday requests – as I may need to check availability or adjust the rota.
4. Changes or questions
If you need to amend your booking, or if the available times don’t suit, you’re welcome to get in touch and I’ll explore alternative options with you.
